TeamSuccess is Rocking 10LevelRiches

TeamSuccess is ROCKING 10LevelRiches. Recently a group of diverse marketers came together in a program called just2bucksamonth, which seemed to be a great program for helping people earn an online income.  Unfortunately, the admin has not been communicating with members and many of us became disillusioned with the program.  We can’t support something that brings new paying members in and yet doesn’t give them their referral links.  Because these marketers formed such a great working relationship, TeamSuccess was formed and a search was done to find a worthy program with which to involve ourselves.  We found 10LevelRiches.  And now, keep reading to learn about the team approach we’re using and about 10LevelRiches.

First, let’s talk about how and why we are using the team approach.  As many of you know, Internet Marketing can be a real jungle.  There are so many scams, legitimate programs, affiliate marketing, free programs, high-dollar programs, low-cost programs, flim-flams…. well, you know what I’m talking about!  It’s hard to know where to start.  By working as a team, we can explore opportunities, share feedback, thoughts and ideas.  That’s how we came up with 10LevelRiches.  Once we’d decided to get involved, we knew that working synergistically we could achieve more individually.  We have a Skype group which allows us to stay in touch with one another at a moment’s notice.  We can encourage each other, get immediate support and questions answered, and simply interact with one another, thus strengthening our relationships.  By building relationships, it goes back to this…

“All things being equal, people will do business with and
refer business to, those people they know, like and trust.”

Our strong relationship means that people can connect with us and get involved with what we’re doing, knowing that they’ll have not only individual help from their sponsor, but a whole team of successful marketers from which to learn.

We each have strengths and weaknesses in what we do and by working together we come away with strengths all the way around.

As the team grows and matures, we will be offering other programs and tools to help each other. The collaborative approach puts us on the pathway to reaching our dreams and goals.

10LevelRiches is a program that is owned by Will Pattison who also owns Advertising Blowout, and another 50 or so sites. A Floridian, Will has been online for over 8 years.

10LevelRiches is a great money maker in that you only pay $20 ONE TIME, and you collect $15 over and over again. In addition, you get the names and email addresses of your direct referrals (building your list). And, you get a great software to download at each level (there are 10). Rather than trying to explain everything to you here, I suggest that you visit the site and check it out. Here is a link to get there… 10LevelRiches You can read testimonials from members by clicking the Testimonials link in the upper right of the page. Here is a screenshot I took today. Remember, at today’s writing, 10LevelRiches is one week old. Not bad for 7 days’ payouts:

Ultimate Profit List ~ A New Viral List Builder

Wow!  It has been a crazy month so far.

Ultimate Profit List launched on January 11, 2011 at 11:11 a.m. CST, as scheduled.  No hitches in our gitalong.  So it was grand.  We\’re not setting records yet, not number one in Traffic Hoopla yet.  That distinction goes to one of our valued members, Mr. Stefan Berg, owner of The Lead Magnet.

But we are growing quite nicely, we\’ve turned on the system mailer and solo ads.  The members seem to be very responsive.  They\’ve been submitting some great advertising.  And we\’ve been very blessed to have some top leaders in the industry supporting us and promoting Ultimate Profit List.  Thanks, Tony, Paul, Sherri, Lars, Brian, Brent, and many, many more.

It is our intention to improve, tweak, add to, and generally make Ultimate Profit List a fun, responsive, exciting place to advertise.  We\’ll always be working to make UPL better for our valued members.

My business partner, Lisa McCormick, had surgery on her left hand this past Friday.  Therefore, the weekend has been a bit challenging since I have been admin\’ing for both of us in addition to taking care of her.  Hopefully, she\’ll be back to her usual state of wellbeing in short order.

Launching Tomorrow ~ BE THERE!

Random Musings from a Sleep-Deprived Internet Marketer

It has been a little while since I posted anything here. Not because I have nothing to say, it’s just that there seem to be so many thoughts and ideas running through my head that I don’t know where to begin. I kept waiting for a clear thought process, a clear focus, for this post to show up before I posted. Finally, I realized that if I didn’t start writing, I might never write again! That’s when I decided that I’d better just do it, and hope the action of writing will create the results of what I want to say. How’s that working out? We shall see…

Let’s deal with the “sleep-deprived” issue first. Why am I sleep-deprived? That’s one I haven’t fully grasped an answer for just yet. When I wake up in the morning, whether it’s 4 a.m. or 7 a.m., I MUST get up. My brain and my body just won’t let me luxuriate in the peaceful morning “sleeping late” privilege. At night, sometimes I might take a rest for a couple of hours in the mid-evening, 8ish or so, but after I’ve slept, I get a second wind and I’ll come in here and work more. Basically, I sleep around 4-6 hours a night. Tops.

Now, that random thought brings me to one that I heard Thursday night. Mike Paetzold was talking about how people have different sleep patterns and needs. He is a morning person. He knows that he is most creative early morning. People who work with him in this industry do not bother him during that time frame, don’t talk to him, they know to leave him alone… he’s busy. Sunny Suggs is a night-owl and is at her best during the late night. The beauty of this Internet Marketing business is that you can work whenever your mind and body work best. But what you need to do, Mike pointed out is be sure to do your most creative work during your most productive work period. Grunt work can be done when you are feeling dull or lethargic or just plain lazy. Grunt work would be things like posting ads, surfing, that type of ‘mindless’ activity where you don’t really have to be plugged in. So, take that time and make good use of it. Here’s a great piece by Brian Tracy called The Golden Hour.

Launches, pre-launches, soft launches, pre pre-launches. WOW! There seem to be more things coming at us every day on the Internet. It’s really hard to know what is good and what isn’t. Here are a few suggestions… if it is another program to jump into because it’s going to make you a bazillionaire overnight, stay away. You KNOW that ain’t real! If it’s a juice, pill, or potion that just been discovered by some guy doing charity work in the deep dark forests of the Amazon or on top of Mount Kilimanjaro, and it’s going to cure everything from pimples on your butt to arthritis to cancer, AND it’s going to make you a bazillionaire overnight, stay away. You KNOW that ain’t real either. Now that you have that firmly in your head, don’t be dissuaded or distracted by those things ever again. So, that leave us with this matrix and that cash gifting program and you never have to lift a finger or recruit a single person and the TEAM is going to do all the work for you and give you 5, 10, 15, 20, 100 paid signups just because you sign up. COME ON…. Stop with that gimme, gimme, gimme attitude. It’s time to stand on your own two feet and become a real Internet marketer who offers something of value.

I firmly believe that if you offer something of real value, you will be successful. Successful without all the hype, bullwhip, lies, schemes and scams that seem so prevalent. There is real value in traffic, tools and information. Of course, just like anything else, those things come in all forms, some worthless and some with incredible value. But at least if you’ve thrown away the notion that you need to look at every other thing on the Internet, you can sort through and pick out the best resources in traffic, tools and information.

I do want to warn you about one thing though. Be careful (watch for pickpockets). Let me explain what I mean. I’ve been on some great training lately but every time the trainer has a call, they’ve got their hand out. You’ve got to buy this software or you’ve got to take this advertising package, or sign-up for this. And what happens, people get caught up in the hype, even the peer-pressure of seeing others on the call jumping on board. There was even one instance where someone did an auction for some banner advertising. And in all the hype, I ended up paying $35 a month to have a banner put on their site. Someone else paid well over $100 for another banner advertising slot there. That’s not just crazy, that’s STUPID to pay that kind of money for that. And YES, me included. That’s what I’m telling you. Be Careful. It’s too easy to get caught up in the moment. So, just be aware and don’t let yourself be sold.

Now, there are a lot of incredibly AWESOME people out there too. I’d like to take a moment to express some heartfelt gratitude to some special people. I’d like to recognize my great new friend, Sunny Suggs, who answers my questions, boosts my spirits and quells my insecurities. Rick Katz, who keeps me laughing, was a great sounding board for my eBook, telling me what I needed to hear and making me listen to his voice of experience. Both Cenay Nailor and Mike Paetzold straightened me out on some blogging issues, and helped make this blog better. Eric Lafontaine and Carl Bailey, in addition to Sunny, helped me launch my site by putting out the message to their lists. And last but certainly not least, Arnold Lindstrom volunteered to create banners for my site.

And to my wonderful friends and colleagues, subscribers, and readers…. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Now, if you would, PLEASE, post a comment to let me know how you felt about this post. Should I just write and see what comes out? Is it worth reading? Let me know your thoughts. Go post a comment now about these random musings from this sleep-deprived but nonetheless clear-headed (?) Internet marketer.

What’s Keeping Me Up Late At Night!

I have been so busy lately that I’ve barely had time to breathe, much less time to carve out a few minutes to write. I apologize immensely for leaving you in the lurch! My big question here would be… did you miss me? Did you even know I was gone?

Seriously, I’ve been working hard. Those of you who know me well know that I’ve been having some great successes with the traffic sources I use and with new programs that I’ve added. Traffic Surge has taken a big part of my life lately as I’ve been creating letters to let everyone know about the changes there. I’ve also been working hard at marketing Traffic Surge. It’s a whole new ballgame. Traffic Surge Internet Marketers Resources Center has all the tools and training a body could want. We have some great giveaways and I’ll even include a copy of the Insiders Guide to Internet Marketing for you. Just download from here: You’ll find some great information whether you are a newbie or an experienced marketer. It is a zipped file, so once you download it to your desktop, simply right-click and drag it about a quarter inch to the right. You will then have the option to “Extract”, which is what you want. Simply extract the file and you should have a readable .pdf document. Enjoy it!

What else? Oh yes, I did a webinar last week on creating a blog. I think that everyone enjoyed it and learned some new techniques for self-promotion. I hope to be doing more and more webinars myself and with my business partner Lisa. My marketing team is growing, learning and earning. So, even though some people think this is a slow time of year, we are all seeing busier times. Probably due to the economy, more people than ever are looking for the way to add some extra income from home.

And with everything else I do, including family, I’ve also taken on adding some advertising clients. When I do my own advertising at safelists and sometimes text ad exchanges, I also advertise at the same time for my clients. It works out really well as it gives me another income source and it gives them additional advertising without having to do it themselves. A win-win for everyone!

That’s all for now!

Murphy’s Law and Why Internet Marketing Sucks

Okay, truth be told, Internet Marketing doesn’t really suck.  But thanks to Murphy who wrote the law, my attempt to have a productive, fulfilling day with my Internet Marketing home business was thwarted every time I turned around.  Let me share this with you.  If nothing else, you can laugh with me.  And maybe you’ll glean some word or words of wisdom.

So, there we were, trying to put together a new campaign for our team.  Busy, busy, busy.  Working on letters for our autoresponder.  Tweaking and perfecting.  Everything progressing nicely.  It was time for our webinar to let the other team members know our plans and to get feedback from them.  Everyone was excited about the campaign and the splash pages I had created.  We worked through the letters so that we had them reading as we wanted.  Next plan was for my team member to finish with the letters while I conducted one-on-one training for creating the capture pages.  The training was successful and those who participated had a good handle on getting everything set up properly.

Next step was to create some short videos showing the process from beginning to end on making the capture page and two splash pages.  Simple, right?  Yeah, right.  Simple, unless something goes wrong.  Here’s where it all went downhill for me.  Hopefully, you won’t be able to relate totally…I’m sorry if you can…but I’ll bet you’ve had similar experiences.

First video, I had all my tabs open, everything in place ready to record.  Twenty seconds into the recording, Someone knocks on the door and comes in.  Cut!

Second take, ready to rock.  I did the recording.  Everything was going well.  We had a power outage.  Not much, just enough to kill all the electronics for the nanosecond it takes to have to start over.

Take three, sigh.  All right, it all goes well.  Oops, 11  minutes, 11 seconds.  Hmmm, I’ve been told that anything over 10 minutes goes downhill in quality.  Do I chance it?  No, no point in taking the time to convert the video, upload it, download it, publish it, etc.  Why bother?

Taaaake four.  Video is complete.  Only 8 minutes long.  Life is good.  My video is converting, only about 15 minutes left to do. Then it will be time to download it, upload it, etc.   BLUE SCREEN.   WHATT????  AAAUUUUUUUGHHH!!   ##%&&@))**

Take five.  WOW!  By golly, I think it worked.  Came in under 8 minutes.  Only a couple of goof-ups in my speech pattern.  Finally!  So, went through the conversion and watched it to see how it turned out before downloading, uploading and all the other steps.  Wait, there’s no sound.  No sound??  How can that be?  What went wrong?  Oh…the mute button on my headset was turned off.  DARN!

Since the third time was NOT the charm, nor was the fifth time, I decided to give it up for the night.  Which is why I’m sitting here writing this to you.  I’m waiting for my new video to convert.  Keep your fingers crossed for me.  I need to hide from Mr. Murphy.

Yea!! It’s another day.  Murphy is nowhere in sight and the video I just did turned out great!

Update:  Both videos are done, they are great and I’m exhausted!

Don’t Give Up…Follow Up

Following is an article by Rick Katz.  Rick is one of my favorite people here on the www.  He really knows what it takes to succeed online and off.  I was going to just quote a little of his article here, but I couldn’t decide what to keep in and what to cut.  So, to give you the best information I can, I’m including the whole article.  Enjoy!

Don’t Give Up…Follow Up

advanced list training article

by Rick Katz

“The fortune is in the follow-up”

I don’t know who coined that phrase. But, truer statements are rare to find.

Now, I know you understand how important it is to build a list. That is why you are a Member of List Builder Mastermind Group.

However, the key, most significant, most vitally important use of your list is for FOLLOW UP. If you are merely building a list to just keep sending advertisements to it, your list will be of little value. If you have a great system (like we have with LBMG), you need to wisely and steadily continue to entice the people on your list who haven’t joined us yet, to get off the fence and get on board.

The majority of people will not join you the first time around. There are a couple reasons why they won’t.

They may not understand it at first.  But, as you follow up with them and continue telling them about the benefits of joining, they may begin to understand. A light may suddenly go on and they decide they really do need our system. They may not be able to afford it…yet.  But, as you continue to follow up, maybe next week, maybe next month, maybe six months from now, they do have the money available and they are ready to go.

But, if you give up and don’t follow up…they will be joining something else or worse…someone else!  There’s another lesson here too. If YOU give up on the system, YOU will miss out on all the people you got to opt-in, but when they’re ready to join, you’re no longer in the program. That is why, it is so important not to just be a program hopper. You need to give things time to work.

I haven’t yet found a way to get rich overnight. And I’ve been an entrepreneur for decades now. I joined my first MLM company over 25years ago. Getting rich in network marketing or Internet marketing overnight is as rare as hitting the lottery. So, don’t count on it. Instead, get better and better at what you do. And just KEEP AT IT.

1.  Make a commitment first to yourself that you aren’t going to quit. You’re going to keep at it.

2. Two to three times per week you are going to send a broadcast email to your list about our system. Explain a benefit. Tell about a new aspect of the program. A new lead capture page we may have. A new article or feature. Tell about the success YOU are having with the system (don’t lie, be honest). Or the success someone in your upline or in our program is having. Etc.

3. Understand that for many people on your list, they will not be joining until weeks or months down the road. You need to be persistent and carefully groom them. Treat them as if they are already on your Team.

4. Become a Leader. Offer to help people. Give them your personal contact information. Think of ways to help them get started. Maybe offer to help them promote. Offer to put them in your advertising rotator. A leader is always thinking of ways to help the team, not just themselves.

I hope that you enjoyed this article by Rick.
